Race-Day Checklist

You’ve got enough to worry about on race day without obsessing over whether or not you remembered to pack your socks. So here’s a check-list of everything you could possibly need on race day; go through it, then focus on more important things: the miles ahead.

□   Race Number

□   Shoes

□   Socks

□   Bottoms (shorts, capris, skirt, tights)

□   Undies (if you wear them running)

□   Top (tank, short-sleeve and/or long-sleeve)

□   Colder weather gear, if necessary (gloves, arm warmers, jacket/vest)

□   Hat/visor

□   Sunglasses

□   Music

□   Garmin or Watch

□   Fuel Belt or Water Bottle

□   Gels, gummies or other nutrition

□   Bodyglide

□   Extra clothes for post-race

□   Directions to race

□   Knowledge of course (maps, etc)

□   Phone

□   Cash/credit card

□   Car or hotel key
