Downloading your free training plan is as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Go to our dedicated plan page here: AMR ZOOMA Training Plans.

2. Click “BUY” next to the plan you want to use to help you prepare for race day.

3. Enter the code: ZOOMA2015AMR and hit “APPLY.” Now the plan is free for you to use!

If you already have a TrainingPeaks account, select “LOG IN” and the plan will show up in your Plan Library (Notebook Icon on the left hand side). If you do not have a TrainingPeaks account, select “SIGN UP” and create an account. Once created, the plan will also show up in your Plan Library.

There is no charge for you to have a TrainingPeaks Basic Edition account. You can use your AMR plan, track your progress, and upload workouts from your favorite GPS watch. Once in your account, simply select the plan and apply it you your calendar. You are free to choose the start date; just remember the plans were crafted to last a specific number of weeks. Choose the plan that best suits how many weeks you would like to train. If you have less weeks than the shortest  plan offered (8 weeks), you may jump into the plan using your best judgment.

TIP: Download the FREE TrainingPeaks App so that you can have access to your schedule on the go! Also be sure to verify your email so you receive your daily workout emails as both a reminder and motivation.
