5K: Finish It - Ten weeks from walker or newbie runner to 5K finisher: This plan gets you there with as little as four 30-minute workouts a week.

10K: Finish It - This 10-week plan builds your stamina, speed, and confidence to get you across the finish line with a smile on your face--and a spring in your step.
