ZOOMA's Back to School Challenge is your perfect way to wrap up summer strong and gear up for a powerful fall running season. Get ready to crush your fitness goals with weekly, alphabet-inspired strength and agility workouts designed to keep you running strong and injury-free!

So, what’s the Back to School Challenge all about?

For 30 days, you’ll join the challenge group to complete fun daily workouts inspired by the alphabet. These workouts focus on at-home strength training with some running exercises mixed in. As you progress, you’ll also conquer a “Final Exam” 5K/10K, which is flexible and can be completed over multiple days if needed. Plus, we’ve added weekly mind-body challenges to sharpen your mental fitness!

The ZOOMA Difference - Our Private Facebook Motivation Groups

One of the best parts of the ZOOMA Challenge is your access to a private Facebook motivation group dedicated to this challenge. This community offers daily check-ins, support from a dedicated Coach, and the chance to connect with like-minded peers who are as encouraging and inspiring as you are!
